This course challenges artists to use photography with watercolours. A Mat board (with a pre-cut opening) will have a photograph inserted. The artist will sketch and colour matched with watercolours onto the mat.
Students need to purchase or acquire watercolour supplies such as paints, brushes, and paper. Supply list on Lecture One
Student should purchase a customize pre-cut Acid free mat board with at least 3 inches perimeter available for painting.
Optional: Student may use their own photograph or use photographs provided by teacher.
Artists who would like to expand their watercolour techniques to another medium.
