You don’t have to be a boxer to train like one or to get in the best shape of your life. In this video boxing course I show you the same techniques that I’ve shown champion boxers during my 30 year involvement in the sport of professional boxing.
You can get in championship condition, learn self defense or even become a boxer with the things you learn inside this course. As a kid I loved the sport of boxing and since there was no boxing training videos in those days I often looked in the encyclopedia trying to learn how to box. Later on I found a boxing gym where I began to learn how to box. We’ve have video taped everything for you inside this course. In the videos we show you exactly what you need to do. Just like you were in the gym with us. All you need to do is to view the course material and practice what you learn in the lessons.

You can actually start this course without any equipment simply by standing in front of a mirror and practicing the punches and movements we show you in the course. You can add a little equipment after you get started. The basic equipment you should add are a set of hand-wraps, a pair of bag gloves and a punching bag or a set of punch mitts. I’ve purchased most of my equipment over the last 30 years at Ringside.com and TitleBoxing.com. You may also try your local sporting goods store. However these online companies will have a greater selection and a better price.
