About This Course

Curso básico de mindfulness para principiantes. Más de 30 minutos de vídeo con material complementario y meditaciones guiadas. En este curso conocerás algunos conceptos básicos y algunas definiciones sencillas de mindfulness.

Situamos mindfulness en contexto, explorando sus orígenes y desarrollo. Tendrás a tu disposición dos meditaciones guiadas muy breves para que puedas practicar diariamente y comenzar a establecer tu propia rutina: una meditación de aterrizaje y una meditación de atención a la respiración. Tantos los contenidos como las prácticas están inspirados en algunos de los cursos de mindfulness oficiales más reconocidos internacionalmente, como el MBSR o MBCT.

OBJETIVOS DEL CURSOConocer los orígenes y algunas definiciones del concepto de mindfulness. Comenzar a practicar mindfulness a través de las meditaciones guiadas que se plantean y establecer una rutina diaria de práctica. Reconocer la capacidad de distracción de la mente y desarrollar una mayor capacidad de concentración y de atención a través de la autoobservación.
