You will know which plans to use, who is responsible for which activities and the best approaches to take to ensure your solution gets correctly delivered.

In this course, we will cover the following:- What is RPA & what is a process. - The delivery of RPA solution stage. - How to present all information to your developers.

- How to work with your developers whilst they design, review and deploy the solution. - How to close out the project successfully. At the end of this course, you will have the confidence to manage the delivery of an RPA solution into your business and oversee the activities and tasks that need to happen to ensure success.
