Just like you were in the gym with us. All you need to do is to view the course material and practice what you learn in the lessons.

You can add a little equipment after you get started. The basic equipment you should add are a set of hand-wraps, a pair of bag gloves and a punching bag or a set of punch mitts. I've purchased most of my equipment over the last 30 years at Ringside.com and TitleBoxing.com. You may also try your local sporting goods store. However these online companies will have a greater selection and a better price.
