Then you'll hear how to narrow down specific properties to purchase that will generate a positive cash flow, renovate them, rent them out, and manage them yourself-no matter where you are, and without hiring an expensive property manager. By adding real estate to your portfolio, you'll not only benefit from appreciation but also from the potential cash flow each month.
