Confidence and Motivation Development and Maintenance Course. This course is broken down into 4 parts. You can take each part separately but to get the best results from this course they should be taken in sequence.

This course takes you through understanding what having confidence and keeping yourself motivated means for you to have a successful life. You will learn what these concepts are, how to determine your level of both confidence and motivation. You will learn some methods that will help you with this assessment as well as how you can build up these two important aspects of your life.

Once you have built these two skills up, you will learn how to keep them elevated. You will also complete some work on recognizing your limiting beliefs and how they can hold you back from being successful. You will review some methods to help you identify these beliefs and how you can start to overcome them.

You continue on with setting goals. You will understand the SMART methodology and how with the correct goals set, your confidence and your motivation will continue to grow stronger. You will also complete some work on recognizing your limiting beliefs and how they can hold you back from being successful.
