Derivatives in Mathematics

In this specific course we will learn various concepts about derivatives in mathematics 1) First, we will introduce what is a derivative, what is a total derivative and what is the geometrical interpretation of a derivative.

2) Afterwards, we will explain what is a partial derivative and we will compare it to a total derivative. 3) Then we will introduce a few examples of basic functions and their derivatives. 4) We will learn the main differentiation rules with examples: the constant rule, sum rule, difference rule, multiply rule, divide rule.
