Not all crystals are safe; some are poisonous. Self-healing techniques include the use of herbal teas, elixirs, soups, and other drinks. Shamanic Journeying and Astral Projection are contrasted with the purpose of each explained.
The use of hallucinogenics and sound in producing an Altered State of Consciousness and the use of such a state to travel to different Realms is connected to healing. How to acquire Spirit Guides and Spirit Animals and their function as helpers and protectors.
