This 2-hour presentation will teach you how to properly train your managers and management at all levels. Data shows that only 25% of managers are successful and achieve longevity. 25 % are either not quality, and the remaining 50% are not properly trained or receive minimally, at best, upper-level support.
In this course, you will learn and become efficient in properly training a manager for all aspects of your business goals and expectations. We will cover what a manager is and their goals. We will cover the best hiring practices, what to look for in a candidate, and the training and orientation process.
We will also cover the differences between union and non-union working situations. In each module, you will learn how to embrace a team approach and wrap it all up with a section on putting it all together.
