What is included in this course:- The first section of this course is information given to you in an easy to understand, bite size format all about what meditation actually is, the science behind it, de-bunking the myths around it, the importance of the breath, how to set up your meditation space and essentially, everything you need to start your practice. - The second section of this course is your 14 day meditation guide.
Each day you will have a short video to watch and a meditation to listen to. Each day you will be introduced to a new technique of meditation so that you will be able to know what you like and what you don't like, to incorporate into your practice. - You will be given a guide for how to actually then use all these learnings and create your own practice.
