Inventory ManagementIn inventory management, this course focuses on inventory management in terms of controlling ordering and holding costs through the identification of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) in both situations where they a fixed price of inventory and when the organization offers discounts (which is EOQ with discounts).

Safety Stock and re-order point computations are also provided under inventory management in both scenarios where the stock out cost is known and when there is no stock out cost and probabilistic models can be used. Demand forecastingDemand forecasting lessons will help you understanding forecasting techniques which are globally used in Global Operations Management. Computations under this topic include simple regression analysis, the application of multiple regression equations in forecasting, Exponential Smoothing, Seasonal Indices and Tracking Signal.

Facility locationFacility locations provides solutions to managers on how best they can choose the ideal facility location provided with alternatives potential sites.
