The consensus of the conference was that Meditation could be the key to solving the crisis that the American Society (and the world in general) is facing to tackle Mental Well-Being.
Except, the concept of Meditation is considered esoteric in the west. And a systematic demystification is needed for people to understand that Meditation is well studied in the scientific literature. This course summarizes the available key research on Meditation and its benefits.
