Some of the areas you'll learn about include creating SMART goals, applying a "mental filter", and managing stress and fatigue. You'll leave this training with a mental skills "toolbox" that can have a positive impact on various areas, including work, school, sports, exercise, and the overall challenges of life. This course is not meant to be rigorous.
It's a short mini-course providing you with practical knowledge and tips to begin working on enhancing your mental performance. You can also use the information in this course to help others improve their mental performance. All you'll need for this training is a pencil and paper to take notes.
