Understanding the project management waterfall (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing) & agile (ideation, development, testing, deployment, and operations) life cycles using real-life and pop-culture instances. Beginning a project using chartering and elements.

Developing, leading, and managing waterfall and agile teams. Showing real-life examples will help learners understand scope management, collecting requirements, defining scope, and change control for waterfall and agile projects. Budgeting, planning, estimating, and determining costs of waterfall and agile projects using pop culture examples.

Learning about risk management, identifying risks, and risk response through movie and TV references. The knowledge of how to close a project includes scope validation, early termination, and closure techniques in both waterfall and agile projects.
