Right. Becoming a vegetarian many years ago was a huge learning curve and at the time of this course I am in my 40s and when I made the transition into becoming vegetarian, I began to age BACKWARDS. Many people want to embark upon a vegetarian diet because of the many health benefits it brings reduced risk of heart disease, diabetes and cancer prevention.
Some want to simply look and feel younger. The right nutrient dense foods can create healthy glowing skin, give energy and a high level of vibrancy. Vegetarians experience increased energy levels, healthy muscle growth and strong teeth and bones.
This course will cover what it means to follow a balanced vegetarian diet and how to create a healthy vegetarian diet plan. Students will walk away with strategies and knowledge on how to easily transition into a vegetarian diet without the common pitfalls that come with trying to leave an animal protein based cold turkey. This course will share all of the benefits and best practices to becoming vegetarian or how to approach meatless eating for those interested in occasional meat free meals.
