This course has been designed for all teachers, team leaders and managers of all levels or specialty to assist in improving the quality of workplaces and classrooms and assist in the management of students, increased productivity and work satisfaction and bring back the fun in learning. We have found these days that there is so much pressure on teachers, students, workers of all careers, perform at a level and get work completed that we are losing focus on our health on many levels. There is one of many ways to bring that back and we have decided that Physical Movement in some capacity will definitely assist in helping with overall classroom engagement and overall student and teacher capacity.
Objective:The primary goal of this course is to integrate physical activities into the workplace to foster better teamwork, improve leadership skills, enhance social interactions, and create a more positive and productive work environment. , relay races, obstacle courses, team sports) that promote collaboration, trust, and problem-solving. Group Dynamics: Understanding how different personalities and skill sets can be leveraged for effective teamwork. Leadership and Responsibility: Assigning leadership roles during activities to develop decision-making, delegation, and conflict resolution skills.
The "Glitz and Glam ":Fun, Energetic Approach: Making physical activity enjoyable and engaging with elements like themed games or challenges, motivational music, and interactive activities. Celebrating Achievements: Creating a "Glam" atmosphere by rewarding team achievements, fostering a sense of accomplishment, and boosting morale.
