Browser-based and multiplayer, Figma lets designers, developers and product managers work in the same file at the same time, and it has become the standard tool for interface design and design systems. UX and UI designers spend their working day in it. Knowing the tool is not knowing design: auto layout, components and variables take weeks to learn, good interface judgement far longer.
