Jira
Atlassian's Jira holds the backlogs, sprints and bug reports of a great many software teams, and increasingly those of marketing, HR and operations too. Scrum masters, product owners and developers spend their days in it. Jira is endlessly configurable, which is both its strength and its trap: many teams bury a simple process under custom fields and workflows, then blame the tool.
