Mailchimp

Mailchimp gave small businesses a way to send newsletters without writing HTML, and it remains the email platform many first meet, now with SMS, automations and a drag-and-drop builder. Shop owners, marketers and associations use it for lists, campaigns and simple customer journeys. As a list grows its limits show, because segmentation and deliverability depend on list hygiene no tool supplies by itself.
