Postman

Sending an API requests and inspecting the answers is how it gets tried before shipping, and Postman is where much of that happens: collections of saved requests, environments, scripted tests and mock servers. Back-end developers, testers and technical writers use it daily. It has grown into a large commercial platform with cloud accounts; for simple needs, curl, HTTPie or an editor extension do the job with less weight.
