- Plötzlich kneift die Hose, es bildet sich ein „Rettungsring" um den Bauch herum. - Das „Hüftgold" nimmt zu, die Oberarmrückseiten beginnen zu wackeln. - Die Brustmuskulatur und die Po-Muskeln erschlaffen.

- Die Schultern ziehen den Rücken langsam aber sicher in die Rundhaltung… All das wird bei steigendem Alter leider nicht besser. Und der Blick in den Spiegel lässt dich vielleicht manchmal daran zweifeln, das jemals wieder in den Griff zu bekommen. Ich kann deinen Frust total verstehen.
