Both teachers are bilingual and have extensive experience of teaching many people from various countries from around the world in their classes. Lindsey and Megumi feel their lives are extremely enriched by teaching yoga bilingually and by the friendships and communities they have built around this.

Through the power of yoga and being able to speak and understand both English and Japanese both Lindsey and Megumi have expanded their knowledge of different cultures and communities. Both teachers are able to・Teach bilingual classes. ・Welcome English speaking and Japanese speaking students to class and communicate with them.

・Take workshops and trainings in their second language all over the world. ・Expand their knowledge of yoga by being able to access lessons in their second language. This online yoga class is designed to teach you how to teach bilingual yoga, and also be confident to take a class in a language that is not your own.

Please go at your own pace and enjoy these classes. Lindsey and Megumi would love you to know that they sometimes make language mistakes in their own classes and no students have complained yet, it's really not important to be perfect at all, it's just important to make progress little by little.
