Would you like more confidence in your driving or to calm nerves before your driving test. Have you passed your driving test but find yourself actively avoiding certain driving situations that make you feel anxious. If so, you are not alone; however, the good news is that you can learn to overcome your driving fears and become a calm and confident driver.
This course brings together an eclectic mix of advice, hints, and tips, as well as suggestions in the format of an A to Z. It offers you a "pick and mix" style of suggestions rather than a traditional course format to follow. You can dip in and out at any letter; there is no beginning, middle or end.
There is no One Size Fits All approach to driving anxiety and there is no Magic Wand. Each driver and their situation and circumstances are unique. Often, driving lessons are focused on the skills of driving but ignore the driving mindset.
Our hope is that this course, combined with your driving practice, will help you develop both skills and mindset simultaneously, ultimately becoming a more confident driver. You choose to try the suggestions that appeal to you, and ignore the suggestions that don't feel like a good fit for you. It takes some time, effort and engagement on your part but it is possible to transform the way you feel about driving.
