Program Overview: This Bungee Fitness and Fun Teacher Training is a unique and comprehensive course that integrates knowledge and expertise acquired in training in Brazil, Spain, Italy, and the UK by Denise Silva founder of Aeclectica - Aerial, Bungee and Beyond. Participants will benefit from a well-rounded curriculum that combines both theoretical and practical elements and will be able to teach at Aeclectica studios or any other studio that recognises this certification in Bungee. Online Part: (3. 5 hours) - to be concluded before Practical part + 1. 5 hours of dedicated one-on-one video consultations, scheduled before and after the practical training.

Content: Theory of bungee fitness Safety protocols and best practices Class design and structure Anatomy and physiology relevant to bungee training All videos of Bungee Exercises Assessment: Online quiz to ensure comprehension before progressing to the practical component in Luxembourg. 2. Practical Part: (20 hours)Contact Hours: 20 hours in Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg Hands-on instruction of BUNGEE Fitness exercises Class simulations and techniques for leading sessionsAutonomous Learning: 2 hours Independent study and practice to reinforce skills learned during contact hours to prepare the Final Exam simulation class.

Important Notes:Prior Certification Required: Participants must hold a valid teacher training certification in a recognized physical activity or fitness discipline. Eligibility: Participants intending to teach at Aeclectica must complete both the online and practical components to earn the Aeclectica Bungee Fitness & Fun 25-hour Teacher Training Certificate. Online Access: Participants may purchase and complete only the online part as a knowledge enhancement option, but this does not confer the instructor certification in Bungee Fitness.
