About This Course
**Update September 15 20251. Added captions in French, Hindi, Japanese, Spanish and Traditional Chinese2. Added new section, " 12 herbs suggested by Hildegarde of Bingen, to keep in your kitchen"If you want to be health conscious, you can start to cure yourself in your kitchen.
This course is intended to present the natural health cultivation tips from the teachings of Hildegarde of Bingen's method. Her teaching of health cultivation suggests a simple and proper culinary approach, the importance of preventive action, and the proper usage of herbs. Hildegarde of Bingen was an abbess of a Benedictine monastery in Germany in the medieval era.
She was a person of grand intelligence at her time and created many masterworks in psychology, philosophy, music, health, and herbal medicines. Though Hildegarde of Bingen was someone living 1000 years ago, her teaching on human health cultivation is simple and reasonable to apply in our times. Through this course, I expect to meet people who are interested in herbs and health cultivation, who want to know a simple way to continue for healthy routine in daily life, or it's welcome to see those who are interested in both European herbal remedies and Chinese herbs.
And I hope the sharing of health cultivation concepts will make your daily life healthier and more wonderful.
