About This Course
This course is taken from Ali Kamenova's intermediate to advanced levels of Interval Yoga. These are exclusive videos not seen on Ali's free youtube channel. With these videos students can take their training to the next level by using these videos 5-7 days per week.
Students will build and shape their muscles, increase core strength and flexibility, improve overall state of mind, build confidence and self esteem along with improving balance and equilibrium. The videos can be done every other day or done 6 days a week with one day off. The Sequence is very detoxing and supportive on one's weight loss and getting fit journey.
The classes are also excellent for any yoga lovers who are looking for creative and fun sequences to add to their practice. Love and Blessings.
