Why did I make a course about stress management tools. There was a time in my life that I realized that nothing is really enjoyable if you are TOO busy, also you run the risk of slowly burning out, so I started studying and gathering stress management methods from other high performing individuals and and looking at the science behind it. Your life quality and long term work efficiency can be improved if you find a way to manage stress.
Based on my 12 years as a CEO, operating in both EU, Asia and the US, I have collected my top-30 tools & techniques in this course. These stress reduction systems have enabled me to build businesses, productivity AND life quality at the same and I hope to help you do the same.
