Tras el curso de Pilates suelo nivel I, os traigo Pilates suelo nivel II, en el que aprenderemos las diferencias entre los dos niveles. Al final de cada vídeo encontrarás un resumen con los puntos clave más importantes a tener en cuanta en cada ejercicio y desde la primera lección dispondrás de dos PDF con el resumen de todos los ejercicios (tanto de nivel I, como de nivel II). Este curso está enfocado a las personas que quieran formarse como instructores de pilates o para personas que quieran avanzar más en esta disciplina.

Es muy importante que hayas hecho el curso de Pilates nivel I, o al menos tengas nociones y hayas practicado pilates con anterioridad. Se aconseja al estudiante practicar los ejercicios de cada vídeo al menos durante una semana hasta pasar al siguiente, siempre con cuidado para evitar lesiones. Recordad que el pilates anteriormente era denominado "contrología" y ha de hacerse lentamente y con consciencia de cada movimiento.
