About This Course
This is a course about happiness, about fulfilment, about making changes. But it is also a course about thinking, applying and then giving feedback. Throughout you are encouraged to give feedback, having tried out some of the ideas and strategies - but also adding your own ideas and experiences.
This course (April 2025) includes details of changes you can make in your life:Short termMedium termLong-termThe overall aim to increase fulfilment and happiness. The course also covers - and you are encouraged to debate, to engage in discussion - some of the myths of what being ‘fulfilled' means. Also tips on increasing happiness.
The course concludes with a film created specifically to showcase two exercises to increase your sense of contentment and happiness. Throughout the course (finally finished in April 2025) students are encouraged to share ideas, try out the exercises and report back and contribute to the group as a whole. This is a course that involves to improve, to share and to grow.
Maybe - as it is stressed that you go slowly - you won't finish the course quickly. That's fine - there is a section explaining how just DOING the course will make you happy, bit by bit. To cement some of the ideas and strategies, Case Studies are included to encourage application - and discussion.
