So I wanted to create this course, so that you can learn how to maintain or build a healthy back, with mindful Pilates exercises that can easily fit into your day. You only need to spend 5 minutes on your mat each day to make a huge difference to the health of your body and mind, which in turn, will prevent, reduce and relieve back pain. We are much more likely to stick to a routine that can be achieved in a short amount of time.
