Dr Mayank Shah is an adept practitioner of Sleeptech since 50 years and has mastered its science for various benefits. He discovered that Sleep is the catalyst to repair and heal the body and mind from its disharmonies. It is only during sleep that our dormant pranic energies are activated and channelised for optimising higher functions in day to day life.
The students of sleeptech can master its benefits over 3 levels of learning and practicing. The first level is yogic sleep, followed by pranic sleep and ends in 'Pragnya' (wisdom) sleep. After all, our life is too precious to spend one-third of life time sleeping unconsciously.
