I was an in-person trainer for 10 years. I specialized in training beginners because I loved seeing their happiness when they noticed progress. Fitness should be for everyone and it should be safe, enjoyable and doable.
The reality is that the fitter you are, the easier life gets. I want that for everyone because i've given it to myself, and it feels so good. You're going to learn what a good trainer would teach you in the first 3-6 months of personal training.
