Our voices are the empowerment tool that breaks us free from co-dependancy and disempowerment. Experience a series of professional but simple vocal exercises and techniques to tonafy and strengthen the voice, breath and muscles involved in singing and breathing. Experience the accompanying mantra meditation video classes and glossary of mantras.
