So if you are suffering through symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, insomnia, achy and painful joints, or any other perimenopausal symptoms, this course can help. Yoga is for everyone, so if you do not yet have a regular yoga practice it's no barrier to this course. Begin at the beginning, and allow your practice to develop as you become more familiar with the 5-S Method and its tools.
