Workplace Productivity and Office Skills
Email and calendar
For many office workers the inbox is the real to-do list, and the calendar is where other people spend their time for them. Handling both well means rules and folders or labels, shared mailboxes, delegated access for an assistant, meeting requests across time zones, and a tone that earns replies. Outlook and Gmail do the same jobs differently. MO-400 still examines Outlook; this page also covers the habits it cannot test.
Why this topic exists: Rules, folders and labels, shared mailboxes, delegation, scheduling and etiquette in Outlook and Gmail: DigComp's communication area and the MO-400 Outlook exam that still counts towards MOS Associate.
